Best Western Plus Columbia River Hotel - Trail

This place is newly updated and well-maintained. The bed was super comfy, like sleeping on a cloud! It's conveniently located within a short walk to downtown, so you can easily explore the area on foot. Plus, it's close to the town center and RED mountain, making it a great spot for outdoor adventures! 🏔️

Nothing to complain about, the hotel met requests. Thank you everyone for an excellent stay on a business trip. Location: the venue was very close to a good restaurant, Gyro Park and the Columbia River Skywalk. I had coffee at caffe americano, located within 5 minutes walk. The staffs were welcoming & courteous.

The staff here was friendly and helpful, it really made my day.

Comfortable bed. Room was clean. Lobby was clean. Staff was accommodating when they were unable to locate my booking confirmation.

Used Booked.net and there was no record of my confirmation. Found that odd. Also, as it was convenient for checkout - I didn't want to pay via my credit card. The "paid in full" invoice was stuck under my room door for when I woke up. Didn't seem to get an option, although I could've missed that in the fine print of the room agreement I signed and initialed.

The location is great, just 1 km away from a performing arts theater. It's set in a lovely area near the Columbia River Skywalk, a hockey tournament, the city center, and shopping.

The room had a fridge, air conditioning, and an iron, and the location was fantastic and couldn't be beat, only 15 km from the airport.

I had a lovely dinner at a restaurant that had a nice bathroom.

Comfortable beds, good breakfast, and generally nice amenities. The room was very clean. The cleaning and breakfast staff were hard-working and the reception staff was helpful. The water pressure in the taps was abundant and the icy cold water out of the taps was delicious. The hotel had a modern and clean ambiance, with super clean rooms and hallways.
